Dutieso Provides Computer Aided Drawing (CAD) support for the department, including the production and modifications of drawingsOperates and maintains reproduction equipment.o Develops Specifications, Scopes of Work, Performance Work Statements, Estimates, Schedules, and other required documents to procure contracted services.o Maintains and updates room, area, building, and system (such as doors, windows, lights) renovation schedules and details of the work to be done.o Maintaining quarterly utility usage for site water and sewer and processing of all Town of Hanover billing.o Identifying needed facility repairs and incorporating into contract specifications for Painting, Blinds, Roof, Window, and Carpet.o Overseeing all Fuel Oil and Propane orders, deliveries, and payments.o Maintaining physical (hard copy) and electronic site and building drawings, specifications, and other project records.o Scans in drawings so that a complete, readily accessible digital twin of the hard copies is established and maintainedRequirements Conditions of Employmento Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.o Appointment to this position is subject to a two-year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315.o This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the timeQualifications DHA for Certain Competitive Service Positions Who May Apply:

Experience:
