8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm Patient Population:
Adults Responsibilities ThePrimary Care Physician will be responsible for:
Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visitsTreating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams Performing in-office procedures, as needed Handling other duties, as needed Qualifications 2
