Operations Manager
Company DescriptionWe are seeking an Operations Manager, focused on inventory and fulfillment for our small, growing business located near Hanover, NH.
Job DescriptionResponsible for all aspects of inventory management and fulfillment including analysis of inventory data and report generation to track key metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Perform product costing analysis, create BOM's, coordinate importation of products including Customs & Border Patrol requirements.
Approve all product, shipping and customs invoices for payment.
Responsible for oversight of staff, including hiring, training, guidance and performance reviews.
Oversight of the complete fulfillment process, including leading continuous improvement quality control processes, implementing automation and technology solutions to streamline inventory and fulfillment, liaise with other departments and customers to ensure smooth order flow and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
QualificationsMust have outstanding knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices; excellent organizational, analytical, communication, team building and problem-solving skills.
Must be proficient in inventory management software and MS Office with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent career experience and proven experience in inventory management and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment is required.
