Our client, located near Hanover, NH is seeking a Software Support Engineer to assist its customers by phone, email and in person with the connection, setup and programming of its data acquisition hardware and software products.
Responsible for providing programming assistance, bug fixes, testing beta software, reviewing/writing new product manuals and overall responsibility for engineering and quality assurance documentation.
Bachelors degree in Computer Programming and a minimum of four years of programming experience, MS Office, strong communication skills. Experience with C#, Java or other OOP language is required.
Some domestic and international travel is required. Less than 25%. Must have or be able to obtain a passport.
Salary is commensurate with experience and an excellent benefits package is offered. Local candidates only. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship.
