As a Facility Services Assistant within the Directorate of Public Works, you will provide comprehensive office management support including initiating, receiving, scheduling, and coordinating work requests for the internal and external customers in the performance of construction, maintenance, and repair for utilities operations and mission support work throughout the Hanover Cold Regions Research Laboratory (CRREL).

Government Purchase Card (GPC) Program Training
Perform the full range of work involved in office management support of the facility programs and services. Serve as primary credit card holder within delegated procurement guidelines of the International Merchant Purchase Card (IMPAC) Government-wide credit card program.
Manage data and adjusting work orders.
Coordinate contract repairs.
Purchase a variety of materials, parts, supplies and end items.
Respond to requests concerning purchase card procedures.
Provide budget assistance.
Track and monitor funds.
Maintain organization's time and attendance records.
Provide pay and leave guidance.
Solicit customer feedback.

Experience required:
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
To qualify based on experience, your resume must describe at least one year specialized experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as: managing data and adjusting work orders; providing administrative support such as time keeping and financial-related actions in an established computer system; and coordinating contract repairs.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
