## Position Purpose
To analyze end-user reporting requirements and assist in the development of data warehouse and business intelligence reporting infrastructures to meet those requirements; to develop reports and provide ongoing support for centrally-managed reporting systems.
## Skills & Knowledge
Knowledge of business requirements gathering techniques and analysis of underlying systems and processes.
Experience with ITSM application support and deployment strongly desired.
Report writing skills.
Java Script or other high level web based development or scripting language.

## Minimum Experience
Four years of experience in data and process analysis and report writing.
Three years of experience in end user training and support.

## Key Accountabilities
ITSM Support
Works with departments across to assess future needs relating to leveraging ITSM application.
Communicates needs to application manager and works to help define future direction and priorities.
Provides project management support including meeting facilitation, requirements gathering, planning, communication and working across organizational boundaries with technical and partners across computing and throughout the institution.
Conducts departmental workflow studies to evaluate current complex business policies and practices, and identify areas for improvement. Prepares and presents study findings and recommendations to departmental management and other invested parties.
Identifies, analyzes, and documents business requirements to ensure that ITSM system meet departmental operating needs. Identifies gaps and potential solutions. Reports findings and recommendations to the project sponsor.
Works with departments across computing to integrate, and optimize, their business practices with information systems.
Works with departments and vendors to configure application and workflow in support of business requirements and process changes.
Develops reports and dashboard to support requirements of computing services and partners throughout the institution.
Tests and ensures consistent operation of the ITSM application in support of new requirements, system upgrades/modifications and upgrades/modifications of the ITSM application. Creates and executes Test Plans.
Provides advanced training for end-users in the use of the ITSM application environment in one-on-one or group, classroom-based settings.
Managing support group changes (additions, changes, adding/removing members).
Provides technical support of ITSM application including configuration support, integration with other systems and coordination of upgrades across all of computing services.
Coordinates and triages configuration and change requests for ITSM application at the direction of the ITSM Application Manager.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
