The Title IX Coordinator/Clery Act Compliance Officer serves as the principal institutional official responsible for the administration of policies, procedures and data collection to ensure compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act as amended by the Campus SaVE Act. The Title IX Coordinator/Clery Compliance Officer will: develop and implement the institutions comprehensive program for compliance with the Title IX, the Clery Act, and related laws and regulations; ensure the accuracy of institutional data and required reports; and oversee and participate in conducting institution-wide education related to Title IX and the Clery Act.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
